Michael Del Grande, a trustee for the Toronto Catholic District School Board, needs our help to fight injustice in the Toronto Catholic School system.

For the last two years, Mr. Del Grande has bravely fought the school board to restore Church teaching. Sustained lobbying by LGBTQ activists forced the school board to convict Mr. Del Grande for code of conduct complaints.

In the summer of 2020, Mr. Del Grande was cleared of any wrong doing, but lobbying from LGBTQ activists forced the school board’s decision to open the case and punish Mr. Del Grande.

This decision by the board is not just a wrongful conviction, but also an attack on the Catholic schools of Toronto. Catholic education in Ontario is being quickly destroyed by these activists and those willing to cooperate.

Mr. Del Grande’s courage has resulted in a number of lawsuits and appeals. He has accumulated more than $100,000 in legal fees and will be accumulating more when the case goes to trial.

The TCDSB is the largest publicly funded Catholic school board in Canada and is responsible for the curriculum being taught at the Catholic schools. 

This includes amending its code of conduct to include the terms “gender identity” and “gender expression”.
