Help for Baby Maria Theresa

Friends and family of baby Maria Theresa are seeking support, strength and prayers for their 1 month old baby girl, who is suffering from Covid related respiratory distress. While the family was recovering from Covid infection, baby Maria was born in Northern AZ in an unplanned home birth with help from the Fire Department. She was placed in neonatal intensive care immediately after birth and airlifted to a Phoenix neonatal intensive care unit the following week as her situation deteriorated where she was intubated and placed on a ventilator the following day. She has been in neonatal intensive care since early November with no set date for release. Words cannot express the tenacity with which Maria has fought for her life with her family by her side. Even though the family has three other children and the hospital is a two hour drive away, baby Maria has had at least one parent with her each day. During the first week after her transfer to Phoenix, she had a rough day as her blood oxygen levels began to desaturate and they had several doctors trying to stabilize her condition. The doctors were very worried and the family did not know if she would make it. One of the hardest things for the parents was not knowing if she would make it through and having to say the last things to their child. The parents baptized Maria in the hospital. After several weeks of worsening condition including a secondary MRSA infection, and after many prayers offered from the family and friends, on December 8 on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, baby Maria turned the corner and was able to be de-intubated and placed on a less invasive ventilator.Baby Maria still has a long way to go and is still in neonatal intensive care. The family asks for continued prayers and support, as the stress continues to mount from travel and medical expenses, living expenses from being on extended leave of absence to care for baby, as well as potential legal fees. Maria still needs complex life support until her lungs are able to function, and we do not know yet the long term effects. She still needs to be weaned from morphine, phenytol, benzodiazepines, supplemental oxygen, feeding tubes, and non-invasive ventilator. We thank our family, friends and communities for the outpouring of concern and love for our family and sweet baby Maria.

Update: January 10, 2022Baby Maria is coming up on her second month birthday. It has been a long time not having her at home since her birth. She has been struggling with coughing spells, however, overall she has been making slow and steady progress. The doctors are continuing to wean her off of breathing support and medications. She was put on a CPAP from a non-intrusive ventilator last week, and today they are testing taking her off CPAP. There still is no release date. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all who have contributed support through prayers, donations or other assistance. We are humbled by your generosity. If you like, we would welcome any sharing of Maria’s story to email or social contacts.Thank you.

Freedom Convoy 2022

To our Fellow Canadians, the time for political over reach is over.  Our current government is implementing rules and mandates that are destroying the foundation of our businesses, industries and livelihoods.  Canadians have been integral to the fabric of humanity in many ways that have shaped the planet.

We are a peaceful country that has helped protect nations across the globe from tyrannical governments who oppressed their people, and now it seems it is happening here. We are taking our fight to the doorsteps of our Federal Government and demanding that they cease all mandates against its people. Small businesses are being destroyed, homes are being destroyed, and people are being mistreated and denied fundamental necessities to survive. It’s our duty as Canadians to put an end to this mandates.  It is imperative that this happens because if we don’t our country will no longer be the country we have come to love.  We are doing this for our future Generations and to regain our lives back.

We are asking for Donations to help with the costs of fuel first, and hopefully food and lodgings to help ease the pressures of this arduous task.

It’s a small price to pay for our freedoms.  We thank you all for your Donations and know that you are helping reshape this once beautiful country back to the way it was.

In order for your generous donations to flow smoothly, the good people at Go Fund Me will be sending donations directly to our bulk fuel supplier and are working out the details now which means your hard earned money is going to straight to who it was meant for and need not flow through anyone else.   Any left over donations will be donated to a credible Veterans organization which will be chosen by the donors.

**Money raised will be dispersed to our Truckers to aid them with the cost of the journey**
**Funds will be spent to help cover the cost of fuel for our Truckers first and foremost, will be used to assist with food if needed and contribute to shelter if needed**

Defeat Vax Mandates for Federal Employees in Court

With this fundraising effort, we are attempting preserve the Constitutional rights of federal employees. Specifically, we believe all U.S. citizens have the constitutional right to choose what they do and do not put in their bodies. Federal employees have been directed by the Biden Administration to get vaccinated or be subject to “employment discipline, up to and including termination.” We intend to fund a federal lawsuit in order to have this vaccination mandate struck down in federal court on constitutional grounds.
Tens of thousands of federal employees’ jobs and livelihoods have been threatened by the vaccine mandate. Most of us have religious or medical exemptions pending. We are standing and fighting now rather than leaving our jobs and the fates of our families in the hands of nameless, faceless bureaucrats, who may or may not respect our medical needs or religious beliefs. We believe the mandate violates the Constitution on multiple levels. The fact that religious and medical exemptions have been required assumes that the mandate is constitutional in the first place. We intend to have the mandate declared unconstitutional so that the need for an exemption becomes irrelevant.
1. Federal Court is the best chance we have to be forever free of the vaccine mandate. Even if our religious or medical exemptions are approved, are we still okay with the mandate, or future intrusions into the medical autonomy of U.S. citizens? Federal judges are, under the U.S. Constitution, delegated the exclusive authority to decide what is and is not constitutional. If a federal judge rules that the vaccine mandate for federal employees is unconstitutional, then it is game over. No more anxiety over whether or not religious and medical exemptions are accepted or denied.
2. Considering our cause will be blocked by the MSM and the big tech companies, raising funds will be more difficult. Because we anticipate being censored, the word needs to spread to as many people as possible at the grassroots level. Speak out against this. Be bold and stand strong. Post it to every social media platform you have. The initial funds received will be utilized to file the case at a federal district court. Any court victory will inevitably be appealed, so we will continue to raise funds for the likely (and expensive) appeal. Appellate attorneys are some of the most expensive in the country, and we need experienced appellate attorneys on our side for this effort.
3. There is potential that a positive ruling would not immediately apply to all federal employees. However, there is also potential that a positive ruling would apply to all federal employees. It will all depends on what grounds a judge makes his or her ruling on. We would obviously direct our attorneys to formulate the lawsuit with the objective of having a positive ruling apply to as many federal employees as possible. However, in an effort to maximize the potential for success, we would make as many arguments as possible. This is a double-edged sword. Some arguments, if they are accepted, would eventually apply to all federal employees. Other arguments would apply to a more limited number of federal employees. People need to understand that dynamic before considering making contributions to our cause. To date, there have been no federal court breakthroughs for federal employees with regard to the vaccine mandates. Consequently, it is imperative to simply obtain an initial victory on whatever grounds possible.
4. The time is ripe to pursue action. We believe this is true for a number of reasons. First, and probably most importantly, the data on Omicron variant is incredibly helpful for unvaccinated employees. For the first time, we are starting to see courts consider the fact that the vaccinated are in many cases as much–if not more likely–to contract and spread the emerging variants. We believe this completely undermines all the reasoning for the vaccine mandates. Also, troubling data is emerging regarding the adverse events associated with the vaccines. Courts are finally starting to consider this. They were not before. Second. the winning and losing arguments against vaccine mandates have emerged, and we have the benefit of all the hard legal work that went into those arguments. Finally, many federal employees may not have the luxury of time. Disciplinary action based on vaccination status seems to be on the immediate horizon. Federal court, particularly in the case of an injunction, is that fastest way to obtain legal relief from vaccine mandates and looming employment discipline. A win on constitutional grounds should strip the federal government of the ability to take any disciplinary action against its employees, regardless of our exemption requests.

Help Gabrielle get vital cancer treatment

Thirty one year-old woman diagnosed with Stage Four Cancer.
Just before Christmas, Gabrielle was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. Due to the circumstances, she is unable to work and unfortunately does not have health insurance.
After spending time in the hospital for diagnostics and care, many bills have accumulated. As her hospital prognosis is very grim, she is seeking more hopeful alternative treatment.
At thirty one years old and with no family history of colon cancer, the diagnosis was certainly a surprise.
Gabrielle has touched the lives of many people in her thirty one years. After completing highschool at St. Dominic’s in Post Falls, ID, she attended college in St. Marys, KS.
She pursued her teaching career at private Catholic schools in Upstate NY and Phoenix, AZ for a total of seven years. She then moved back home to Upstate NY where she worked at a Law Firm.
After some time, Gabrielle decided to follow her passion of sewing which took her to Walton, KY and she works as a seamstress in Cincinnati, OH. A few months after she moved there, she learned of her diagnosis.
Please keep Gabrielle Schiltz in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you & God bless you.

UPDATE (01/29/2022):
Amanda has finally secured a doctor, 10 months into the journey who supports her and setting up treatment. She needs to raise $8,000 for hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy. She has a script for the treatment and the only barrier holding her back at the moment is finances.

————————————
Amanda is a wife, daughter and mom of 8 year old son Max. She willingly stepped up to get her vaccine in early March.
Immediately after receiving the Moderna vaccine, she got numbness and tingling in her throat. That progressed to severe tachycardia, back pain, shortness of breath and syncopy episodes landing her in the ER.
That first ER visit was met with lack of knowledge on how to treat the symptoms along with being sent home with a referral to cardiology. She returned to the ER 5 times after that event for continuous syncope episodes, rash and cardiac concerns.
The symptoms progressed and she woke up weeks later with bilateral limb paralysis and was hospitalized for a week. Many tests were done including MRI’s, CT scans, bloodwork and Lumbar Puncture showed abnormalities.
The neurologist that she saw in the hospital refused to connect these symptoms with the vaccine and later wrote in her chart, “bilateral weakness due to lack of effort”.
She was discharged to have surgery at a different hospital to have a medical device in her body removed so that further MRI testing could be performed.
She has sent her blood to researchers across the country to try and help figure out what is happening in her body since no one in the medical community has been able to figure it out. This has been met with frustration from her team and lack of treatment plan.
Since then, mobility has returned slowly and is very inconsistent. Some days her legs can support her, others they cannot. She has been diagnosed with Guillian Barre Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and undergoing testing for a vasculitis diagnosis.
Getting treatment has been extremely difficult and obtaining IVIG treatment has been impossible thus far even though her cardiologist, pcp and other doctors on her team are highly supportive of this treatment option.
She advocates daily for treatment options  and is very active in supporting others in online support groups. Amanda helped plan the last D.C. Rally and continues to be instrumental in event planning and helping run the Real, Not Rare website.
