Pastor Artur Pawlowski was arrested for bravely standing up to the Canadian police as they tried to interrupt his church service, and now he urgently needs our help.

The Calgary-based pastor will be in court this Thursday after being arrested for defying Covid-19 health rules in Alberta.
He rightfully contends however that police violated Section 176 of the Criminal Code of Canada by intervening in a church service and arresting the “officant” on his way home from a service.

In viral videos shared last month, Pastor Artur stopped authorities from inspecting his church during two unannounced visits, calling them “Gestapo Nazis” for attempting to enforce the draconian rules without even a warrant. 
Pastor Artur and his brother were then arrested on Saturday May 8th along the highway, having been followed by the Calgary Police Service from another prayer event at the Cave of Adullam church. 
With a warrant already issued for his arrest, Pastor Artur showed again that he fears neither prison nor persecution in his work for the Kingdom of God. 
Forced to his knees on the busy highway, he was put in chains for the Gospel.
Pastor Artur, who also helps the homeless community in Calgary, is originally from Poland and said the recent actions of Canadian police reminds him of his life behind the Iron Curtain under Soviet agents. 
He is at the pointy tip of the spear fighting unprecedented restrictions on religious liberty and other basic freedoms in Canada. 
Pastor Artur spent 53 hours behind bars, sleeping on cold concrete without a blanket, all because he insisted on worshipping God freely with other members of his church. 
He has already made the headlines around North America, so winning this case is hugely important in the fight for religious liberty.  
And after this case is decided, Pastor Artur is planning to take the politicians who orchestrated the attack to court, highlighting how they too have trampled all over our fundamental right to religious liberty.
