If not cleared of these charges, David faces massive fines and decades locked up in one of California’s notorious state penitentiaries, along with the consequences of being a convicted felon … because he caught the abortion Goliath red-handed in its violent crimes against humanity.

Thomas More Society is proud to be coordinating David Daleiden’s legal defense.  Already our expenses have exceeded $1.4 million dollars!  Planned Parenthood on the other hand, which receives over $500 billion each year in tax payer funding, has a multi-million dollar war chest for their lawyers and for their political lobbyists.   

The time is now!  Recently Thomas More Society filed a petition up to the United States Supreme Court seeking to overturn a gag order preventing David from releasing more videos. Planned Parenthood and the fetal body parts trafficking industry do not want these videos doing more damage!  The truth hurts – the truth is Planned Parenthoods ghastly practice of harvesting aborted baby body parts is both wrong and immoral.  

The stunning victories that David’s undercover investigations have already achieved — include accelerating efforts to defund the abortion chain of the half billion taxpayer dollars it rakes in each year.   

It is imperative that we support David to ensure that the abortion empire doesn’t succeed at silencing him and his life-saving work.
