Jamesia and I have known each other for a long time. In fact, I recruited Jamesia to throw for me at Cowley College. Jamesia and I are both former Junior College and Division One throwers. It’s a pretty amazing experience that I get to travel and compete with one of my former athletes. Jamesia was my 2nd ever NJCAA National Champion, and I am very thankful that I had the privilege to coach her.
