Is my bank account information stored on LifeFunder?

No, LifeFunder does not ask for nor store your bank account information. That is instead stored with  the payment vendor. It is needed there so that you can transfer the campaign donations to your bank account.

I am unable to upload a picture.

We recommend using a horizontal picture that is no more than 1024 pixels wide and no larger than 1MB. If your file is too large, visit www.picresize.com to shrink it. If you are still having trouble, please contact us here.

How do I get the money I’ve raised?

Funds in your Payment Account will be deposited to the bank account you choose when setting that up for your campaign. The amount of money disbursed will equal the amount you have raised, less the payment vendor’s processor fees.

What are the best ways to share my campaign?

Which currencies are accepted by LifeFunder?
