God's Battlefield - From Vision to Reality

There is only one abortion business in the state of West Virginia, Women’s Health Center, located on the corner of Washington Street West and Greendale Drive in Charleston, West Virginia.  Their business is to kill unborn children and business is booming. 

Directly across the street from the entrance to Women's Health Center there was a vacant lot for sale, and it had a big price tag - $199,000.

On September 18, 2021, the WV For Life Kanawha-Putnam County Chapter took a giant leap of faith and entered into a three-month lease agreement on the property with the option to purchase by the end of the lease agreement, December 31, 2021.

The vision was BIG - but God is BIGGER!  In just a few months, God moved on the hearts of His people from all over West Virginia. The donations poured in from our neighboring states of Ohio, Virginia, and Kentucky and as far away as California!  By December 31, 2021, we had every penny we needed to purchase the property and on January 13, 2022, we closed on the property and claimed it for the Lord.  It's God's Property!

Now it is time for us to roll up our sleeves and get busy making the entire vision a reality.  We want to build a beautiful memorial park where mothers, fathers, grandparents, and family members can have a place to remember and honor their unborn children lost to abortion and miscarriage.  Our plans include a covered pavilion where we can do outreach to the community.

Please prayerfully consider helping us bring the VISION to REALITY on this spiritual battlefield.   We want to provide a PRO-LIFE presence at Women's Health Center every day! God has called us to SPEAK LIFE to the abortion business' patients, employees, and volunteers and show His love to Charleston's West Side community. We want to honor & remember the thousands of little boys & girls that have been killed on that corner in Charleston, West Virginia.  We want to show God's love and be the hands and feet of Jesus on that dark corner.
